The NZGS will hold its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday  6th September 2017 in Christchurch at  Stantec (formerly MWH), Hazeldean Business Park, 4th Floor, 6 Hazeldean Road, Addington, Christchurch, 8024.

Full notice of the AGM will follow closer to the date, however, the Society Officers for 2017-18 need to be finalised prior to the AGM.

Below is documentation outlining the background to this year’s Committee requirements.  FOUR new members need to be elected to the Committee for 2017-18.
