Phil Cook

Phil is a senior engineer and director of Cook Costello based in Whangarei with Civil, Geotechnical, Project and Resource management expertise.  He has experience in large property and land and building development projects. These skills have been enhanced by recent expertise and experience with the Christchurch $4b rebuild and acting as engineering advisory and representative as part of Technical Advisory Group to Land Steering Group in Christchurch.
