In July of this year, the 14th quadrennial AGS and NZGS joint Conference on Geomechanics was held in Cairns, Australia. Following on from the conference, the NZGS Wellington Branch is hosting a “14th ANZ Geomechanics conference” themed evening with presentations from some of the lower North Island based members who submitted papers for the conference, and presentations which focused on Wellington. Through hosting this event we endeavour to provide those lower North Island based members, who could not attend the conference, with a snapshot of the papers presented at the conference….Read more on the flyer attached
