Graduate Geotechnical Engineer BE(Hons)

I run a small Taranaki Based business providing Civil/Structural and geotechnical engineers with geotechnical data. This ranges from hand testing investigations through to drilling and CPTu testing I have 10 years experience in this field and have worked in the oil and gas, commercial and residential sectors.

I have graduated with a Professional Master of Engineering Geology (PMEG) at The University of Canterbury (New Zealand) and a Master of Geological Engineering at China University of Geosciences (Bei Jing). My 11 years of mineral resources exploration experience, 3 years natural gas-pipeline geotechnical engineer experience and advanced education in geology & mining exploration & geotechnical engineering have prepared me to provide extensive geological and geotechnical analysis of mineral resources exploration, Integrate structural interpretations, resource modelling and estimation and mining software and applications. I am a membership of Engineering New Zealand and NZ geotechnical society. Geotechnical and Geological Engineer specializing in Slope Stability, Earthworks and Ground improvement, Foundation and Retaining wall design, Geotechnical hazard and risk assessment, Geology and Mineral Exploration. Experienced technical expert and manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Geological and geotechnical industry. Skilled in GIS, Microsoft Office, Civil Engineering, Geology, Geography and Management. From 2007 to 2018, I was engaged in geology and geotechnical engineering in China, and I have participated in the cooperation projects of Many fortune 500 companies such as Yanchang Petroleum Corporation and China National Petroleum Corporation. I was awarded Senior Engineer Qualification of Geological Engineer by China Professional Technical Post Qualification Committee in 2016.
