Professor Low, of Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, has graciously offered to give a technical presentation relating to his ASCE 2019 Thomas A. Middlebrooks Award for his paper “Insights from Reliability-Based Design to Complement Load and Resistance Factor Design Approach,” by B.K. Low in the November 2017 issue of Journal of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering.
