It is with great regret that we note the passing of David Burns on Saturday January 27. David was an outstanding engineering geologist, and a highly valued colleague and friend to many in the Society. He served as Chair from 2011 to 2013 and achieved life membership in recognition of his efforts on behalf of all members.
