AGM Notice and Call for Nominations for the 2010 NZGS Management Committee

The NZGS will hold its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday March 2nd, at the Engineering School, University of Auckland.  Full notice of the AGM will follow closer to the date, however, the Committee members for 2010 need to be finalised prior to the AGM.

Attached is documentation outlining the background to next year’s committee requirements with regard to member changes – we need 2 new elected members as some are now standing down.  We do, however, have one existing co-opted committee member that will be standing for election.

Please return the attached nomination form to me before 5pm Friday 22nd January 2010.
